My goal here is to display remote-only opportunities for people who don’t need a reason for why that’s their preference. It just is. Whether you’re a parent who needs the flexibility or you just straight up never want to set foot in an office again just because, I support you!

Another big thing ‘round these here parts is transparent salary and benefit information. Me personally? I find it extremely disheartening when a job listing sounds like everything I’d hope for, except they don’t reveal the salary range for the position upfront. If I have to get on a phone or video call with anybody to obtain this information, I’m out of there. I’d love to understand why the mystery, but for now since I don’t know the logic behind omitting these crucial details, you won’t find job listings of that sort in this newsletter.

I hope that the effort I am putting into curating this small but quality list of jobs saves you time and sets you up for success.

💡 Tip of the Week:

One of the most impactful moves I made when I was job searching was doing direct outreach to recruiters or hiring managers after I had formally submitted my application. This gentle nudge often resulted in a shortcut to my application being pulled out of the pile of hundreds of others and getting viewed by the hiring staff. I was able to schedule more interviews through this method than by only submitting my application/cover letter alone.

Direct outreach can occur on LinkedIn if you’d like, but my preferred method was finding the person’s company email so that I could shoot a message straight to their work inbox.
