My goal here is to display remote-only opportunities for people who don’t need a reason for why that’s their preference. It just is. Whether you’re a parent who needs the flexibility or you just straight up never want to set foot in an office again just because, I support you!

Another big thing ‘round these here parts is transparent salary and benefit information. Me personally? I find it extremely disheartening when a job listing sounds like everything I’d hope for, except they don’t reveal the salary range for the position upfront. If I have to get on a phone or video call with anybody to obtain this information, I’m out of there. I’d love to understand why the mystery, but for now since I don’t know the logic behind omitting these crucial details, you won’t find job listings of that sort in this newsletter.

I hope that the effort I am putting into curating this small but quality list of jobs saves you time and sets you up for success.

💡 Tip of the Week:

Find a way to track your job applications. Personally, I made use of my Google Calendar to add tasks whenever I sent one out and I copied and pasted the job’s link, title and description into the description of the task since sometimes listings get taken down and you might need to reference that information later.

Others use Google Sheets or excel. No matter the method, tracking things in an easy-to-access, organized format can help keep you sane and able to track your productivity when applying for jobs.
